We have two young kids so we have a lot of things already at the house:

• Boogie Boards (Have 2 w wrist wraps.)
• Beach Gear (We have 8 or more chairs, two of which double up as 'beach carts' when you fold them a certain way.  All collapsible for easy golf cart transit, and then able to be used to cart your stuff to the beach.  Beach toys... plastic shovels... nets...
• Cooler & Wagon (We have a wagon w big tires for beach stuff, and at least one large cooler to take to beach.)
• Bicycle tire pump (an automatic pump is available to use if you bring bicycles.)
